About Prefabricated Workshop

It means that all the components are shipped to site and are assembled and erected at the site with the nuts bolts and anchor bolts. These Buildings are also known as Pre Engineered Metal Buildings. What distinguishes them from other buildings is that the contractor also designs the building - a practice called design & build. This style of construction is ideally suited to industrial buildings and warehouses it is cheap, very fast to erect, and can also be dismantled and moved to another site - more on that later.

Technical Specification :

Steel Structure: As per MDIPL design and same shall be incorporated with prevailing IS codes and completed with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint.

Wall: Supplying & installation of the roof shall be made of .45mm thick PPGI sheet in office area cement fiberboard shall be given for internal partition with Rockwool Insulation.

Roof: Supplying & Installation of the roof shall be made with .45mm thick GI Color coated Hi Rib Profile Sheet. These Sheets are laid over a framework of Trusses, Column and Perlins fixed using self-drilling screws with washers.
